I tried to give each one of them their own personality. The gent on the far right is the stressed out business man who been drinking a bit too much and it's affecting his poker game and he's pretty far in the hole The fellow to his right is the sort of sneaky, crafty fellow. The standard card shark, or snake in the grass if you will. The chap to HIS right is your average blue collar, working man who enjoys a smoke every once in a while to loosen up. And then the final one is the one of the four that closest resembles me in real life (used to be very accurate but I'm switched my wardrobe up since then).
I sort of like to think of the prize in this game to be control over my body in card game between four very different characters, AND THERE FOR very similar to how dissociative identity disorder (DID) is and is similar to the 1957 film "The Three Faces Of Eve" in it's take on it (I learned that in psychology )

I've had this idea for a long time now and it was much more of a hassle than I thought it would be. I had redo EVERYTHING in this shot AFTER I'd already put everything away which sucked. I'd forgotten to move one of the chairs so it was in the blocking 2 of my 4 poses and I'm not a good enough editor to have fixed it in just the editing process. So after I got everything BACK out (which incidentally I got much better shots the 2nd time anyway) to redo everything I had just done. Overall I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Also for those that don't know I don't drink or smoke, those were just props to fulfill a more natural look to the game.
The one with you in the hoodie looks like Steve... Lol. It looks sweet except the one of you that is closest to us (with the red shirt and looks the most like you on a day to day basis) the upper lip looks funny. It's almost pointed. You should edit that out.

Yeah, I thought that I'd looked kinda like the uni-bomber or something, but when I actually saw the picture I was like "Wow...I look like Mo." Hmm...I see your point (no pun intended at all because that'd just be awful). I suppose in all the editing I had to do I missed that but it's fixed now. Thanks for the comment and fav

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
